About the team:

Team works on providing Payment Hub solutions to clients in AMER region.  We are looking to add an energetic, talented, and experienced analyst to our growing team. The role is to provide supports money movement applications in high priority situations, and Investigates known error conditions and follows prescribed error correction procedures.

What you will be doing:

• Supports and configured AWS services for overall processing.
• Works with internal and external resources to deliver releases, implementations and production support.
• Recognizes abnormal processing conditions and determines appropriate actions required to resolve issue(s) and complete processing.
• Makes use of available documentation to resolve errors.
• Makes necessary updates to existing documentation.
•  Follows escalation procedures when appropriate to resolve processing problems and user problems in a timely manner and meet service levels and other standards for the job.
• Assists in the definition of external and internal customer problems and needs. Discusses expectations with customers. May explain solutions directly to customers where appropriate.
• Maintains the production support disaster recovery/business continuity plans. Coordinates and conducts disaster recovery testing as required, documents test results and documents modifications required for future testing.

What you bring:

• Overall experience of 6-10 years
• CI – understand/experience with building, testing, publishing applications with pipeline
• CD – deploying, testing containerized apps (MMH) with pipeline in a continuous manner
• Observability – critical skills to build and/or work with dev/qa to maintain reliability of app through CICD
• Hands on experience into Java, API, Kafka, Harness, Jenkins, Terraform, Snow and Linux.
• Databases - Redis, DynamoDB preferred
• AWS services (S3 Storage, CloudWatch, AWS EKS)
