The Position
As a System Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will be anchoring responsibilities below:


  • Engage closely with stakeholders to comprehend their requirements for the test manual/automation tool. Collaborate with the vendor team and lead incident management by daily monitoring of the support queue.
  • Establish and lead a team of IM/PM, technical specialists, and testing tool support.
  • Supervise testing tool operations, maintenance, and compliance. Develop a forward-looking IT System Strategy with a strong organizational focus.
  • Ensure testing services meet SLA requirements. Contribute to advancing the organization's IT Strategy.
  • Manage IT Security, audits, and compliance levels as per Novo Nordisk norms.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree or similar graduate degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Overall 4+ years of experience with 3+ years of relevant hands-on experience in testing.
  • Proficient in providing robust support for team incidents related to the testing tool.
  • Adept in O&M and IT solution lifecycle management, ensuring seamless operations.
  • Should have exceptional communication skills.
  • Good experience in internal and external stakeholders’ management.
  • Extensive ITIL background (Added Advantage).

About the department
Digital, Data & IT India is a team of 1000+ highly skilled IT professionals located in Global Business Services (GBS) Bangalore. The main role of Enterprise Platforms COE India is to manage Enterprise Platforms, which includes system management, project management, process management, and vendor management. The Enterprise Platforms department is an integral part of DD&IT and is responsible for managing development, support, and maintenance processes for Enterprise platforms across all regions in Novo Nordisk.
