A day in the life
L5 System Development Engineer II will be responsible for designing and delivering innovative technology solutions that address complex business problems. L5 Sysdev will a) work autonomously, with the ability to seek direction from peers and managers when needed. b) will consider the long-term implications of the systems you build, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and cost-effective. c) will be a trusted technical contributor, participating in strategic planning and decision-making with customers, partner teams, and peers.
- 4+ years of designing or architecting (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines build processes
- Minimum 4 years of experience in system development and engineering
- Proven track record of designing and delivering innovative technology solutions to complex business problems
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in strategic planning and decision-making, with the ability to balance customer and team requirements
- Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex operational issues, with a focus on improving system resilience
- Experience in mentoring and developing team members
- Experience with distributed systems at scale
