About the department


The Quality IT Systems GBS department is an integral part of the Digital Data & IT Staffs Team at Novo Nordisk. Our team of highly skilled IT professionals is responsible for managing the IT operations of all major Global Quality IT systems. We ensure robust IT support for the entire Quality Management System, spanning across the globe. Our key objective is to guarantee product quality and patient safety through reliable IT systems.


The position


As a System Analyst at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:


  • The position holder will be working as a technical subject matter expert for Flux/Therefore, True Copy Systems, and NNI facilities systems (UPS Trackpad, UPS ShipExec, PlanOn, VMS, Singlewire Informacast and EMS) with a focus on management of system, compliance, validation and documentation.
  • Responsible for Compliance Maintenance, Incident, problem management & support, Change, release management & support. Including Test management & support – Testcase creation and execution on TIMS.
  • Supporting System Manager on Audits & Inspections preparation. Collaboration with stakeholders and communication to LoB management, technical support teams on support status and issues.
  • Responsible for analysis of System lifecycle and Workflows like provide technical guidance in drafting risk assessments, periodic reviews, deviations CAPA, change controls and to define solution strategies. Proactively identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure that incident management key performance indicators, e.g. resolution time, in the service level agreements with line of business are fulfilled. Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements.

Qualifications


To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:


  • Bachelor of Engineering in the field of Information science.
  • Strong Compliance understanding and documented GXP experience.
  • Experience with cloud set up and network workflows, Change management, Configuration management, Release and Incident management.
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate well with external par-ties, primarily with customers, vendors as required.
  • Excellent communication skills written and orally in English.
  • Self-driven with the ability to work in a global team
  • Understands the complexity of the business and facilitates sharing knowledge and experiences and learn from each other.
