Sweets & Kaaram QC

Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Sweets & Kaaram QC to join our catering team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and consistency of our sweets and spicy snacks.

Responsibilities:
. Conduct quality control checks on sweets and kaaram products
. Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards
. Identify and report any deviations from quality specifications
. Collaborate with production team to address quality issues and implement improvements
. Maintain accurate records of quality control checks and findings
. Train and supervise QC assistants

- 4-5 years of experience in quality control within the catering industry
- Strong knowledge of sweets and kaaram production processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Certification in food safety and quality control is a plus
