Next-Generation GenAI Chat Services: Leveraging the power of advanced language models to provide intelligent, context-aware communication solutions for internal operations and customer interactions.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Basic Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree, OR 3+ years of relevant work experience
Preferred Qualifications:
•Associate: 2 or more years of work experience
•Advanced knowledge of programming languages and frameworks such as React, Node.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, GO, Python, HTML, CSS, HTTP, REST, JSON, Figma and Jupyter.
•Familiarity with design and development tools like IntelliJ, VSCode, Figma, Postman, and Jupyter.
•Experience building RESTful services using Python. Experience with Java, Go, Rust or any other object-oriented programming language is a plus.
•Experience with relational databases, particularly MySQL.
•Knowledge of No-SQL databases, with a preference for Cassandra.
•Basic understanding of Generative AI, AI/ML, NLP, and LLMs.
•Knowledge of Git for version control
•Proficient with AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, cursor.ai, etc
•Familiarity with standard software development best practices.
•Experience with Agile methodologies.
•Ability to multi-task in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
•Excellent communication skills.
