Job Description
The Factory Services Supply Chain Resilience Program Team is looking for a project manager to lead a comprehensive transformation program. This role will oversee multiple workstreams enabling factories setup with ability to support HP Solutions.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, factory customisation and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end project management of workstream across multiple teams (ODM supplier, Production infrastructure, Services customisation, etc.).
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish objectives.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and mitigation.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external suppliers
- Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular status updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead Life Cycle Management for Factory Services managing overall program to develop strategies, goals, oversee operations, maximize efficiencies on operational shipments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in technical implementations,
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, etc).
- PMP, LSS certification
- Possess enhanced skills in communicate especially in English

- Ability to set clear goals, prioritize tasks, and make informed decisions that align with the project's objectives.
- Proficiency in conveying ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly and concisely to diverse teams across different regions1.
- Flexibility to adjust strategies and approaches in response to changing circumstances and new information
- Encouraging a cooperative atmosphere where team members feel valued and motivated to contribute their best efforts
- Ability to inspire and motivate team members, stakeholders, and executives to support the project's vision and goals
