What you bring:
Responsible for supporting and coordinating relationships with line of business (LOB) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) stakeholders. Analyze Data, create reports to support initiatives that enhance our organizational capability to execute supplier management activities that minimizes and mitigates risk, optimizes performance, and strengthens supplier relationships. Manages projects, coordinates meetings and drives action items for optimal outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers
- Oversee the creation of RFXs/RFPs, quotations and RFP responses, ensuring they are comprehensive and as per BU needs
- Collect, analyze, collate, prioritize, validate and communicate user/business requirements related to tools & technology
- Helps to develop requirements for end-to-end Supplier Management technology needs in coordination with existing Supply Chain / Procurement systems (Oracle, Sirion, ScanMarket, ServiceNow, etc.)
- Adherence to Policy, process and procedure
- Creates actionable plans based on data analysis.
- Develops and maintains documentation relevant to multiple supplier management work streams.
- Supports system development/implementation including testing, integration, and data clean-up
- Manages projects, coordinates meetings and drives action items for optimal outcomes.
- Develop reports, analyze and create dashboard
- Other related duties assigned as needed.
- Excellent knowledge in any analytical tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc

What you will be doing
- Good Experience in supply chain management and 10+ years of experience in sourcing and procurement.
- Looking for experience in US and EMEA market.
- Exceptional skills related to MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint) .
Knowledge of supply chain or procurement functions and procedures. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent problem solving, team and time management skills managing multiple deadlines for self and others.
- Proficiency to operate independently.
