Responsibilities:- Understand the team requirements and translate those into a job description.
- Assist in managing end-to-end supply chain activities, including procurement, inventory, production, and logistics.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and monitor performance.
- Prepare reports and presentations on supply chain performance and trends.
- Support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Provide administrative support, including maintaining documentation and organizing files.
- Build and maintain day-to-day relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and monitoring vendor performance.
- Manage vendor performance, ensuring alignment with service levels, quality standards, and contractual agreements.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods and materials.
- Conducted audits of purchases and inventory to ensure accuracy and compliance and identified areas for improvement.
- Drive strategic supply chain improvements, focusing on process optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree with up to 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory and procurement.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Demonstrate a passion for the space domain, applying supply chain expertise to meet the industry's unique needs.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in supply chain software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
