You play an important role in the department, maintaining systems and performing tasks and activities that support our continuous improvement (CI) processes and culture. You help with data collection, ensure its accuracy, promote CI progress and keep track of the department KPI scorecards.
How you will contribute
You will:
- Provide training on CI tools and techniques. You will also help departments follow our established daily management system (DMS)
- Help teams collect data or extract it from the system to support CI activities and the DMS
- Facilitate root-cause analysis to address identified losses and departmental KPI scorecard gaps
- Establish new work standards to sustain improvement
- Train and qualify colleagues on CI tools and new work standards resulting from CI activities

MDS Global Supplier Experience Analyst
Mondelez International is seeking a talented and experienced individual to join our MDS (Mondelez Digital Services) organization, as a Global Supplier Experience Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for providing functional and process expertise for Procurement Applications, including SAP MM & Coupa, to the extended Supplier Tower team as well as supporting partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work in conjunction with the Supplier Experience System Process Experts for solution design, incorporating value add features and functionality to improve end-user satisfaction.
- Provide functional expertise on SAP MM and Coupa, and aid the business in producing Business Requirements Documents detailing required developments to meet the needs of the business in conjunction with the Application Development Factory (ADF) and the Coupa System Administrators.
- Partner with the business for scope definition and agreeing estimates.
- Advise on interfaces with other systems, RPAs and digital systems using both APIs and csv file transfer.
- Represent the Supplier Experience team as part of the wider project team in all phases of the delivery of projects and upgrades.
- Assist with execution of testing along with the business teams, including providing guidance to the ADF teams for defect resolution.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration and technical analysis, as well as experience working with configuration of SaaS solutions.
Technical & Career Experiences Required
- Strong experience of configuration or application support roles in procurement systems, including SAP MM and indirect procurement tools such as Coupa
- Procurement process knowledge covering Source and/or Buy processes
- Familiarity with SAP integration concepts and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with testing Coupa/SAP-MM developments and integrations.
- Experience of project delivery and testing in a functional or technical role.
- Technically curious & resilient - able to work through a problem involving multiple interconnected systems.
- Project Delivery Methodologies inc. Agile.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other functions and stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration skills, proactively sharing observations & improvements areas, problem solving skills, attention to details, can-do attitude.
- Curiosity and energy to continually learn new procurement technologies.
- Familiarity with SAP roles & security concepts.
