Principal Responsibilities
- Developing Innovation-Driven L&D Strategy – emphasizes innovation, addressing the future needs of the workforce
- Incorporate cutting edge learning approaches, such as microlearning, gamification, social learning and AI driven solutions
- Lead digital transformation of the L&D function, and implementing personalized learning paths and real-time feedback
- Partnering with External Learning Innovations
- Customization & Personalization of Learning
- Developing Learning Strategy – aligning learning strategy to business goals and objectives; identify skill gaps and future workforce needs; design and implement learning programs
- Implementing Learning Analytics
- Evaluating ROI of innovation initiatives
