We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Delivery Head.

In this role, you will:


The Strategy Lead for GPS Technology will be responsible for driving the strategic direction and operational excellence of the GPS business, ensuring alignment with group standards. This role requires a seasoned strategist with deep expertise in managing OKRs (Objectives and Key Results), KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and the overall strategy house framework. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of key initiatives, from strategy development to execution, while ensuring effective communication and stakeholder management.


Key Responsibilities:


OKR and KPI Ownership:


  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of OKRs and KPIs for the GPS technology division.
  • Ensure alignment with broader group standards and business objectives, driving accountability and performance across teams.
  • Regularly review and refine metrics to ensure they reflect the evolving strategic priorities of the business.

Strategy House Ownership:


  • Own and manage the GPS technology strategy house, ensuring it is aligned with the company’s long-term vision and business goals.
  • Develop strategic frameworks and methodologies that guide decision-making and resource allocation across the GPS business.
  • Continuously monitor and update the strategy house to reflect changes in the external environment, market conditions, and business needs.

Scorecard and Metrics Management:


  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive scorecard that tracks performance across key business areas.
  • Regularly review and report on metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure metrics are understood and actioned appropriately.

Location Strategy:


  • Define and implement the GPS technology location strategy, optimizing resource allocation and ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Evaluate current and potential locations for operational effectiveness, cost efficiency, and strategic fit.
  • Lead initiatives to consolidate or expand locations in line with the overall strategy.

Vendor Rationalization:


  • Develop and execute a vendor rationalization strategy that optimizes the supply chain, reduces costs, and enhances service quality
  • Conduct regular assessments of vendor performance and relationships, identifying opportunities for consolidation or improvement.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with key vendors to ensure they align with the company’s strategic goals.

End-to-End Ownership:


  • Serve as the end-to-end owner of strategic initiatives within the GPS technology business, from conception to execution.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Communication and Stakeholder Management:


  • Develop and execute a comprehensive communication plan that keeps all stakeholders informed and engaged.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all strategy-related inquiries within the GPS technology division.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, ensuring alignment and support for strategic initiatives.
