Strategy Coordinator & EA, ESS Strategy & Change
Gurgaon, Haryana, India


ESS Strategy & Change is accountable for formulating and executing the strategy for our Enterprise Shared Services. The team consists of Strategy Mgmt, Automation, Business Intelligence, Project Mgmt. and Transition functions. The teams are based in India (Gurgaon and  Bangalore) and Poland (Wroclaw).

What will your essential responsibilities include?


·Organizing functional team meetings including agenda, collating presentation material, preparing minutes, and follow-ups on action points.


·Get involved in strategic projects for ESS Strategy & Change team Eg: ESS Transformation, ESS Strategy and ESS Governance.


·Prepare agenda, minutes, and follow-ups on action points for Strategy & Change Core group meetings and major projects spearheaded by the Manager.


·Organize the quarterly boot camps and offsite including agenda and record action points for the ESS Strategy & Change Team.


·Collaborate with Internal team for Monthly & Quarterly KPIs and ensure timely submission to Ops & Tech COO office.


·Work with ESS Strategy & Change Leadership and prepare the Quarterly Business Reviews.


·Prepare the ESS Newsletter- work on the content, and placement of articles and ensure timely circulation in each quarter.


·Steering the AXA XL Climate initiatives for ESS and associated coordination across ESS Teams and centres Eg: For Climate Academy.


·Track action points for Strategy & Change team from IMCO, Steering Committee, DP-related activities, Risk Committee meetings, and any others.


·Help prepare for external presentation/speaking opportunity/interactions for Head of ESS Strategy & Change.


·Calendar, Travel, and Expense Management for Head of ESS Strategy & Change.


·Acting as the point of contact for ESS Strategy and Change team.


You will report to Head of ESS Strategy and Change.
