We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Ownership and implementation of projects to support the CTO DevOps management team and the wider organisation – this can include, but is not limited to  -  location strategy, gender diversity planning, financial planning and headcount management in liaison with the COO, performance review and calibration processes, automation of operational processes, monthly operational reviews etc
• In depth support to the head of DevOps Transformation & Change to ensure the smooth running of the department
• Adherence to, and improvement of, reporting and operational standards across the department
• Data analysis and interpretation
• Management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders
