The Role: Strategy Analyst

Reports to: Senior Manager - Strategy

Location: Mumbai, India

Experience: 0-2 years

Primary Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis:
Reporting and forecasting

  • Preparation and presentation of monthly financial & operational MIS and management reporting deck
  • Maintaining and creating Power BI Dashboards to provide insightful analysis
  • Preparation of annual operating plan and quarterly board presentations
Business Finance partnership

  • Provide strong finance partnership across cross functional projects
  • Other strategic business planning projects
Fund Raising & Investor Relations:

  • Maintaining and growing on-going investor and corporate outreach
  • Participate in conversations with investment banks, intermediaries & funds
  • Support fund raising projects, including building materials (financial models, presentations, analysis, etc.), responding to investor queries, working with bankers and other consultants
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation
Required Skills/Experience:

  • Post-MBA experience of 0-2 years of Financial Planning & Analysis and business strategy or other relevant experience
  • Finance, Strategy, Economics, or Statistics are preferred major fields.
  • Quantitative and financial analysis competency
  • Management reporting and dashboarding
  • Program management
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Background:

Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills

Must have:

  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and financial models
Good to have:

  • Understanding of SQL, ERP & CRM applications
