Position Overview


The Renewals Executive is responsible for driving, forecasting, and ensuring the closure of renewals. This role focuses on the identification and mitigation of renewal churn risk and ensures the delivery of irresistible customer experiences.As a Renewal Executive, you will engage with customers ensuring high retention rates and customer satisfaction. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and guiding them through the renewal process. Working closely with Customer Success and Sales teams, the Renewal Executive also help in identifying opportunities for contract extensions, upsells, and cross-sells, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy to meet or exceed retention and revenue growth targets


  • Identify opportunities to maximize customer lifetime value by understanding customer needs and delivering value


  • Build strong relationships with key customers, serving as a trusted advisor to ensure satisfaction and retention


  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to support customer growth and engagement


  • Resolve potential barriers to renewal, including addressing customer concerns and mitigating risks


  • Track, analyze, and report on key renewal metrics (e.g., renewal rate, churn, upsell opportunities) to senior management


  • Continuously improve renewal processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency


Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ yrs experience in Renewals & Customer Success in Software Solutions Sales
  • Achieve assigned quota on renewal & focus on reducing churn ​ 
  • Implement Track Q+1 renewal Forecast process
  • Implement review Cadance with Top partners
  • Reports on sales results and analysis by customer segment, region, sales channel, and product
