- Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team responsible for US payroll operations related to mobile employees, including expatriates, inpatriates, and another mobile workforce.


- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions, including salaries, benefits, taxes, and allowances for mobile employees.


- Collaborate with HR, tax, and finance teams to develop and implement payroll policies and procedures for mobile employees.


- Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll tax laws and regulations related to mobile employees.


- Handle payroll inquiries and issues from mobile employees and stakeholders.


- Coordinate with external vendors and tax advisors to manage tax equalization, gross-up calculations, and other mobility-related tax matters.


- Conduct regular audits to verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in payroll processing for mobile employees.
