Job Description

As a Strategic Partnerships Manager, you will be pivotal in driving organizational growth by building and nurturing key relationships. This dynamic role combines sales development, stakeholder engagement, and strategic alliance management. You will also leverage your analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and optimize partnership strategies.

What will you do?


  • Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners, clients, and internal teams, ensuring alignment of their goals with the organization’s objectives.


  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate new partnership opportunities to drive revenue growth, collaborating with partners to create tailored solutions that address their unique needs.


  • Performance Assessment: Conduct regular meetings with partners to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and identify additional opportunities for collaboration and growth.


  • Sales Outreach & Lead Generation: Execute outreach strategies to engage potential clients, generate and qualify leads, and convert them into long-term, value-driven partnerships.


  • Strategic Alliance Management: Evaluate potential alliances, develop collaborative strategies for mutual success, and act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.


  • Data-Driven Insights: Analyze market trends, partnership performance, and key metrics to provide actionable insights that drive optimization and innovation in business strategies.


  • Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align partnership initiatives with organizational goals, ensuring seamless coordination and impactful execution.


  • Reporting & Communication: Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to effectively communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.


Who should apply?


  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales development, partnership management, or a similar role 


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).


  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.


  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.


  • Proficiency in using tools like MS Excel, CRM systems, or data visualization platforms is a plus.
