As a Risk Strategic Analytics Associate within our Risk Management team, you will be responsible for building the next generation suite of Risk reports, executing end-to-end reporting and data standards, and developing robust data and reporting tools for senior management. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in reporting and analytics, and work in a dynamic environment that values innovation, creativity, and excellence.


Job responsibilities:


  • Build the ‘next generation’ suite of Risk reports
  • Execute the end to end reporting and data standards resulting from the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS) principles
  • Develop robust data and reporting tools for senior management
  • Identify and automate production routines to improve efficiency
  • Create and maintain user acceptance test/business scenarios for new or modified reports for all CCB lines of businesses (LOBs)
  • Work with Onshore, India Lead, Technology, and LOB Report Owners to analyze and resolve defects
  • Work with technology to modify Cognos/Tableau/Alteryx/SAS reports
  • Perform data reconciliation and analyze impact to the business based on the results
  • Understand CCB lines of businesses and derive reporting requirement for them

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics.
  • Sound technical knowledge on SQL, SAS, Alteryx, Tableau, Excel and Power point 
  • Knowledge of Python, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter, ability to multitask and work effective under pressure and stress. Adaptable, flexible and willing to work in a dynamic environment
  • Solutions oriented and strong niche towards problem-solving techniques
  • Ability to directly address conflicts and escalate issues where appropriate and communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Strong sense of accountability and ownership over end to end client onboarding process
  • Ability to successfully navigate a complex infrastructure that involves numerous groups and individuals and “think outside the box” for achieving results.
  • Quick thinking, decisive and self-confident
