Job Description

Responsible for overall dispensing of the material for all three shift.
Responsible for Issue slips generation according to production plan.
Responsible for Issue slips confirmation/Cancellation for all shift.
Daily follow ups with production team for production plan & TRs.
Shifting of RMPM to 3p as per monthly requirement with proper documents like invoice COA & Eway bill.
Vehicle arrangements to send RMPM to 3p.
Responsible for scrap disposal including Hazardous & non Hazardous waste with proper documentation like Invoicing, Eway bill, Manifest filling.
Call off the vehicle to pick Scrap material according to stock.
MHPT calculation of loading & Dispending on a daily basis.
Submission of all non-stock invoices to account for payment after approval from plant head.
Daily follow ups with transporter for in transit material.
Follow ups with sourcing team for rejection material and act accordingly with final conclusion.
Making visibility report of production plan in the absence of senior colleague.
Material call off from external WH according to production plan.
Daily round of respective area of store to maintain 5s practices.
Manpower handling including unloading & store.
Responsible for stock & bin accuracy.
Daily follow ups with QA to release/Pass of urgent material
Making the data of weighing expenses on a monthly basis
Posting cycle count entry on quarterly basis.
Responsible to handle all store operation in the absence of senior.
