Job Description
  • To manage independent Store activities.
  • Supervision of loading and unloading of materials, Engineering Items in stores
  • To receive all incoming direct material as per invoice.
  • To keep minimum inventory levels of the materials
  • To maintain the everyday documentation pertaining to the receipt and issues of the materials.
  • Generating and follow up of RGP, NRGP, and PR
  • Inspection and checking of all deliveries and return the rejected materials.
  • To prepare monthly reports of Issues and Receipts (MIS Report)
  • Maintain Stores as per 5S and GMP
  • To guide/train the people and ensure implementation of SHE system,
  • To provide active support to SHE Management system implementation for critical items work permit system, accident /incident reporting, safety training etc.
  • Provide support to organisation to meet SHE target
  • Implement efficient inventory control systems to monitor scrap generation and disposal.
  • Prepare MIS to provide comprehensive overview to management

Qualifications
  • Any Graduate or Diploma in Material Mgt. / SCM.
  • The candidate should have 2 to 3 years of experience preferably in Edible Oil Industry.

Additional Information
  • Good knowledge of Stores operations, logistics & material control.
  • Good command in Inventory Management.
  • Communication Skills, Positive Attitude.
  • Team Player and Strong personality with Leadership qualities.
