  • Key missions of the position:

Responsibilities


  • Managing component store, which includes receiving, safekeeping, accounting and issue of Direct Materials to meet the monthly production schedules.
  • Providing accurate and timely inventory status for all users like Purchase/Quality Control departments.
  • Complying with 5S/TQM/TPM/EMS standards with regard to Stores operation.
  • Receiving, identifying, inspecting and accounting of all stocks/consumables.
  • Maintaining all records and documents of Stores transaction on a real time basis and accuracy.
  • Identifying and storage/return/disposal of rejected materials from the vendors/suppliers.
  • Updating all stores transactions in Oracle systems
  • Assisting Officer / Manager (Stores) in Stores Management, which includes receiving, safekeeping, accounting and issue of Direct Materials to meet the monthly production schedules.
  • Ensuring good housekeeping and good material storing practices to ensure that the component does not deteriorate or get damaged on storage.
  • Dispatching the material to sub contractors duly verifying the documents and materials.
  • Maintaining of shelf life items as per Work Instruction
  • Any other job assignment entrusted to you from time to time
  • Maintaining of inventory and giving warning signals to SCM for taking C & PA
  • Perpetual inventory and annual stock verification and its documentation and reconciliation.

Education/Training

B.Com or B.A or Diploma in SCM


Professional Experience


  • How many years of professional experience in a specific professional area are required for the position?

Min – 6 year experience required in stores
