We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.
Supervise and manage all store operations efficiently and professionally
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolutions
Oversee inventory management – stock levels, reordering, and shrinkage control
Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times
Monitor and analyze sales performance and report to higher management
Implement visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and restocking
Train new staff on products, sales techniques, and company policies
Ensure compliance with security and operational procedures specific to jewellery retail
A bachelor’s degree in any field (Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus)
Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or high-value products
Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, Email)
Fluency in local language(s); knowledge of English is a plus
