Job Title: Store Manager

Salary: ₹20,000+ per month (Based on experience and performance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, ensuring outstanding customer service, maintaining inventory, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage all store operations efficiently and professionally


  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets


  • Maintain high standards of customer service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business


  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure timely resolutions


  • Oversee inventory management – stock levels, reordering, and shrinkage control


  • Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-organized at all times


  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and report to higher management


  • Implement visual merchandising standards in alignment with brand guidelines


  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely delivery and restocking


  • Train new staff on products, sales techniques, and company policies


  • Ensure compliance with security and operational procedures specific to jewellery retail


Essential Qualifications:
  • A bachelor’s degree in any field (Retail Management or Business Administration is a plus)


  • Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in jewellery or high-value products


  • Proven track record in sales and customer relationship management

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


  • High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail


  • Sales-driven mindset with the ability to meet targets


  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills


  • Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, MS Office, Email)


  • Fluency in local language(s); knowledge of English is a plus


  • Presentable, polite, and customer-centric attitude
