Job Description

Solar Circle Power Projects LLP is looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to oversee our inventory and supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the storage and distribution of solar equipment and materials, ensuring that all inventory is well-maintained and efficiently organized to meet project demands.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and supervise all daily operations of the store and inventory management.
  • Ensure proper receipt, storage, and inventory management of solar equipment and supplies.
  • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate records in the inventory system.
  • Coordinate with procurement and project teams to anticipate supply needs and prevent shortages.
  • Develop and implement efficient store procedures to enhance productivity and safety.
  • Lead and train store staff, ensuring all team members are informed about inventory policies and procedures.
  • Assist in establishing purchase orders based on project requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized storage area, securing all valuable items and materials.
  • Track and report on inventory discrepancies and work to resolve them promptly.
  • Support the management in strategic planning and stock level forecasting.
