Job DescriptionA Store Manager is to put the customer at the center of everything you do. You need to ensure the highest possible level of customer service and make sure that the visual merchandising is executed according to our guidelines. You maximize the sales opportunities and the profitability of your store, as well as follow up on the results. You will also manage recruitment, training and development of the Sales Advisors and the Store Management team. Our business is your business, so when you grow, we grow.This position reports to the Area Manager and has the Department Managers and Visual Merchandisers as direct reports.Key Responsibilities· You lead with a vision to secure the best experience for all our colleagues and customers· You analyse and follow up your Store’s Sales & Profit KPIs and take actions to maximise results through overseeing store operations and ensuring best practices are followed in-store.· The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team· You recruit, train, develop, and manage succession for your Store.· You ensure health & safety; legal and security issues are being handled in accordance with H&M standards and local legislation.QualificationsTo be successful in the role as Store Manager, we believe you have proven leadership skills with high level of trust and integrity, clear vision, goals and result driven with a deep interest in developing people.· 3+ years management / store management experience in a customer facing environment· Previous experience of leading and managing teams· Knowledge and passion for driving goals forward· Has a passion for profitability and people· Has a customer first mindsetAdditional InformationThis is a full-time position for our store in Bhopal.
