Store Manager

Looking for a candidate having experience in managing the Store and manpower for any apparel industries .

Min Exp : 8+ Years (from Fashion , Apparels or Ethnic brands)

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
• Implement purchasing plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
• Liaise with vendors and shippers to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
• Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future demand.
• Develop strategic holiday and seasonal marketing campaigns to boost revenue.
• Collaborate with vendors on creating impactful in-store displays and window presentations.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Implement cross-training programs to ensure seamless operations during staff absences.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to develop your team's skills.
• Manage all controllable store costs to maintain profitability.
• Monitor budgets and identify areas for cost savings.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing shopping environment.
• Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
