Role & responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Implement purchasing plans to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Liaise with vendors and shippers to ensure timely deliveries and product quality.
- Analyze sales data and trends to forecast future demand.
- Develop strategic holiday and seasonal marketing campaigns to boost revenue.
- Collaborate with vendors on creating impactful in-store displays and window presentations.
- Recruit, train, and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Implement cross-training programs to ensure seamless operations during staff absences.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide ongoing coaching to develop your team's skills.
- Manage all controllable store costs to maintain profitability.
- Monitor budgets and identify areas for cost savings.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing shopping environment.
- Oversee adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
