We are looking for a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
. Oversee daily operations of the store
. Manage store staff and ensure all team members are performing their duties effectively
. Maintain inventory levels and order new stock as needed
. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service
. Develop and implement store policies and procedures
. Monitor and analyze sales and performance metrics
. Create and maintain a positive working environment for all staff members
Requirements:
- 4-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of inventory management and control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
