Job Description

About the role:
●    Work cross functionally to scale day to day operations of the Business Unit including process creation and management of various cross-functional initiatives.
●    This position is people, data, process, and communications intensive.
●    It requires critical thinking, independence, agility, analytical, organization, and interpersonal skills. The ability to interact with leaders at all levels in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities will include:
●    Drive a regular cadence of project planning and reporting to be able to derive meaningful insights by connecting the business unit portfolio with financial and strategic objectives, including organizing and facilitating a regular cadence of cross-functional reviews.
●    Drive rigor and visibility around key business metrics by developing and owning operational dashboards to track business goals, hiring, headcount allocation, team charters, cross-functional dependencies, etc.
●    Partner with the Analytics team to ensure targeted data and metrics are available for streamlined decision-making, ad hoc analysis, and decision support.
●    Manage complex projects to on-time execution.
●    Support business reviews, and halls as needed.



Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required. Industry experience in the Software, Cloud, or Infrastructure preferred 10+ years of exp with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in program management.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • An outstanding teammate with a can-do attitude, and a consistent record of leading or working with diverse teams across multiple locations.
  • Ability to operate independently and shift priorities quickly, while maintaining a high degree of organization and control.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Executive presence, with the ability to address and influence both executive and mid-level management audiences.
