ServiceNow’s Healthcare industry products team is focused on helping healthcare providers improve hospital operations, patient safety and care, and audit response. We are a team of experienced and passionate product managers who drive product vision, define customer needs, and collaborate to deliver innovative solutions. 


ServiceNow’s Healthcare industry products team is focused on helping healthcare providers transform hospital operations, increase productivity of clinicians and care team members, streamline collaboration between departments, and elevate patient care. 


Role  
We are looking for a Staff Inbound Product Manager to help drive our healthcare provider industry products in our Hyderabad office. In this role, you will be responsible for defining product capabilities, managing them from concept to delivery, and ensuring that they align with customer needs and market trends. You will work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and cross-functional teams to build solutions that make lives easier for clinicians, support services, and patients.  


What you get to do in this role:  


  • Translate product strategy into product capabilities and roadmap and manage them through the product lifecycle.  
  • Collaborate with researchers and designers to define, validate, and test innovative product ideas.  
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback, validate concepts, and identify opportunities.  
  • Create feature plans, storyboards, and wireframes to communicate product requirements to design and development teams.  
  • Collaborate with engineering on release management, addressing risks and dependencies.  
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap for short-term and long-term releases.  
  • Work with sales, marketing, services, and support teams to ensure successful product releases and adoption.  
  • Provide recommendations on pricing and packaging.  

Qualifications

To be successful in this role you will need: 


  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred  
  • 10+ years of experience with 5+ years in product management for Enterprise SaaS products. 
  • Strong understanding of and interest in working with healthcare providers, namely hospitals and health systems. 
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing enterprise software products that resonate with users 
  • Working knowledge of generative AI and its ability to transform experiences and operations. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to large audiences and executive leadership 
  • Experience working directly with customers, sales, and engineering teams in a global setting.  
  • The discipline to focus on high-impact activities (i.e., being good at saying "no" or "not now") 
  • Must enjoy working in a collaborative environment 
  • High energy, self-starter with a growth mindset.
