Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 7+ years聽
- Strong working experience with the Pega platform.
- Pega CSA/CSSA certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in process modeling, process monitoring, smart services, process improvement, business rules, and event-based technologies.
- In-depth knowledge of BPM architecture patterns, best practices, and design principles.
- Hands-on experience with Pega PRPC project implementations, leveraging the full capabilities of the Pega Suite.
- Proficiency in integrating Pega with databases, web services, and external systems.
- Expertise in Pega process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development, and case/content management.
- Familiarity with CI/CD setup and tools for efficient deployment processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Willingness to travel for short-duration assignments, such as client meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
- Knowledge of other BPM solutions like Appian or Camunda and experience with RPA tools such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and implement scalable and efficient Pega-based solutions for clients, leveraging the full capabilities of the Pega Suite.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate Pega with databases, web services, and external systems to ensure seamless data exchange.
- Develop business process models, reports, UI designs, business rules, and case/content management features.
- Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Pega development standards and best practices.
- Create proprietary accelerators, utilities, and reusable components to enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities, including RFPs, RFIs, technical points of view, and proof-of-concepts (PoCs).
- Showcase thought leadership by contributing to white papers, webinars, and blogs.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in Pega and related technologies, driving awareness within the technical community.
- Support API and microservices design in cloud environments like AWS and Kubernetes.
Qualifications
Bachelor鈥檚 or master鈥檚 degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
