Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience 7+ years
- Proficiency in Oracle Fusion financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payables (AP), Receivables (AR), Fusion Taxes, Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), Allocations, and Fusion Expenses/iExpenses.
- Hands-on experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation project.
- Strong technical skills in Oracle Fusion configurations, customizations, and development, with a techno-functional understanding of Oracle finance modules.
- Familiarity with business processes and implementing technical solutions based on provided designs and requirements.
- Experience in supporting day-to-day operations and incident resolution for Oracle Fusion.
- Familiarity with FRIS report development and maintenance.
- Good communication skills, especially in providing updates and technical explanations to stakeholders.
- Ability to resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, involving project managers and executive management as appropriate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure that your ideas, strategies, and successes resonate within the team and with clients
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
- Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers.
- Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements.
- Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
- Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed.
- Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies, patterns, and frameworks to materialize it
- Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects
- Resolving issues that are raised during code/review, through exhaustive systematic analysis of the root cause, and being able to justify the decision taken.
Carrying out POCs to make sure that suggested design/technologies meet the requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
