That's where you come in!Job DescriptionRequirements:7+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Real-Time CDPStrong understanding of customer data management, data modeling, and data governance principlesExperience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based architecturesProven track record of successfully implementing and maintaining large-scale Adobe projectsExcellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issuesStrong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldAdobe Certified Expert in Real-Time CDP is a plusMigration from Adobe Campaign Classic from v7 to v8 will be added advantageImplement IP warming strategies to ensure optimal email deliverability and reduce spam filters will be added advantageResponsibilities:Designing, Implementing, and Maintaining Adobe Real-Time Customer Data Platform (RT-CDP)Working closely with Marketing, Analytics, Business, RHQs and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration, technical enhancements, and customer experience orchestration.Develop and execute complex data integration solutions between Adobe RT-CDP and other systems.Create and manage schemas, segments, and data sources within Adobe RT-CDP.Create and configure XDM (Experience Data Model) schemas, datasets, and identities to enable consistent data management across channelsEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirementsUtilize Query Service in CDP to create custom queries, aggregate data, and generate insightsConfigure new data sources, such as CRM, ERP, or social media platforms, to ingest into CDPSet up new destinations in CDP, such as Adobe Campaign ClassicDesign, implement, and maintain Adobe Real-Time CDP, including data ingestion, profiling, and segmentation and technical enhancementsDevelop and maintain data models, schemas to support customer data management and analysisExperience with data integration, APIs, and cloud-based architecturesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement new features and functionalitiesTroubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve technical problems in Adobe CDPEnsure data quality, integrity, and compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements (Data Governance)Stay up-to-date with Adobe product roadmaps, releases, and best practices, applying knowledge to continuously improve the Adobe stackMentor junior team members, providing guidance and training on Adobe CDPUtilize Query Service in CDP to create custom queries, aggregate data, and generate insightsConfigure new data sources, such as CRM, ERP, or social media platforms, to ingest into CDPSet up new destinations in CDP, such as Adobe Campaign ClassicQualificationsBachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
