We're looking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to join our Customer Reliability Engineering team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Engineering, you'll be responsible for:


  • You will be responsible for fixing the customer and cloud reliability issues and also delivering reliability features for the critical customers
  • You will be developing solutions and observability tools focusing on early detection and prevention for the cloud and customer issues
  • You will be part of the passionate engineering team driving the solutions towards providing reliable cloud security for the customers.
What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Must have 8+ years of experience in Software Development and QA engineering
  • Must be proficient in - C/C++ ,Python and Linux
  • Experience in network security products and have good technical knowledge on technologies like firewall, VPN, Data protection etc
  • Experience developing automation for troubleshooting, monitoring purposes
  • Experience collaborating with product management to align technical strategies with our goals and contribute to the product roadmap.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experienced in the culture of customer/cloud reliability engineering in comparable technology environments and experience delivering products as could-based services
  • Experience engaging technical teams to discuss use cases, review feature/function requirements and define solutions.
