Staff Consultant, (Frontend HTML/CSS, BEM)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 7+ Years
• Must have strong technical background with HTML, CSS, BEM technology (Block Element Modifier), Animation, SCSS, CSS Flexbox, CSS Grid, GIT-command line, JavaScript, Bootstrap, JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop new user-facing features Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to back-end.
• understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery Note
• Proficient knowledge of JavaScript, advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, DurandalJS etc
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
• Basic knowledge of image authoring tools, to be able to crop, resize, or perform small adjustments on an image.
• Familiarity with tools such as Gimp or Photoshop is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                                                                                

• Analyzing the project’s requirements and the ability to convert said requirements into technical documents, design, and code.
• Implementing design methodologies and tool sets
• Writing well-designed, defect free code which scales well and follows all best practices and guidelines.
• Executing the development of software with a strong focus on security, performance, and robustness.
• Conducting deep level analysis to identify root cause to systematically resolve issues.
• Following all defined software configuration management best practices
• Reviewing code to identify issues as well as deviations from best practices.
• Addressing issues promptly, responding positively to setbacks and challenges with a mindset of continuous improvement

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
