Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Total Experience 7+ years.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM/Dynamics 365.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM business processes including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
  • Experience working in Agile and Story writing, use cases writing etc.
  • Strong understanding of customization, configuration, workflows, business rules, and Power Platform integration (Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Familiarity with tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Should have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and product owners.
  • Write clear, concise user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria following Agile practices.
  • Break down complex processes into epics and stories to create a structured, value-driven product backlog.
  • Act as a key liaison between business and development teams, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Organize stories into themes and map related business processes.
  • Ensure full business engagement during design, development, and testing phases.
  • Provide insights to improve business processes, not just relay requirements.
  • Possess working knowledge of Dynamics CRM modules – Sales, Service, and Marketing – including basic admin tasks.
  • Work effectively with global teams across time zones.
  • Support UAT and ensure requirements are met.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
