IN Pharmacy is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of complex technical programs, ensuring seamless execution, and delivering exceptional results. We are a day1 team with high velocity decision making culture. You will be a key decision maker on behalf of our customers.
Key job responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Program Management: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders, throughout the entire product lifecycle. Develop and implement comprehensive program plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and direction to teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, architectural principles, and coding standards. Collaborate closely with technical leads, architects, and engineers to identify and mitigate risks, resolve technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and aligning expectations. Represent the program at executive meetings, presenting progress updates, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and optimize processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency, quality, and delivery speed. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Resource Management: Manage and prioritize resource allocation, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities. Identify and address resource constraints, facilitating cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the program lifecycle. Develop contingency plans and implement effective risk management strategies.
Metrics and Reporting: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and facilitate data-driven decision-making. Provide regular reports and presentations to senior leadership, highlighting progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.

India Store Pharmacy team’s mission is to earn customer’s trust as the safest online Pharmacy, delivering prescription medicines across all convenience channels (ultra fast, SnS). We are building some exciting brand new tech capabilities to comply with complex government
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- - 6+ years of experience in software development
- - 3+ years’ experience as a program manager leading a highly effective team
- - Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
- 5+ years’ experience leading team developing applications backed by AWS services or using other cloud based software
- Customer obsessed with the ability to distill customer requirements into technical solutions
- Experience communicating with users, technical teams, and management
- Strong business and technical vision
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
- Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements, underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solution
