Job Description
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality and innovative solutions to clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Participate in sales and pre-sales activities to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Ensure the successful delivery of projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Technical Skills:
- Extensive experience as a business analyst in the IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies and tools.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Proficiency in project management and stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with software requirements documentation and management.
- Knowledge of SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and data modeling.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
Experience:
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a business analyst in the IT industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis projects.
- Experience in leading and managing teams of business analysts.
- Demonstrated experience in data analysis and visualization.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Lead and manage a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions to clients.
- Participate in requirement gathering and analysis activities with clients and stakeholders.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decision-making and provide insights.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet client requirements.
- Facilitate project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
- Ensure the timely delivery of projects within time, budget, and quality constraints.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
- Certifications in data analysis or related fields (e.g., SQL, Tableau) are desirable.
