Job Description

The Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) team is looking for a passionate, talented, and inventive engineers to play a pivotal role in the development/maintenance of industry-leading multi-modal and multi-lingual large language models (LLM). AGI team's mission is to leverage our hyper-scalable, general-purpose large model training and inference systems to develop and deploy cutting-edge sensory AI foundational models that revolutionize machine perception, interpretation and interaction, with humans and with the physical world.

You will be required to deeply understand technology landscapes, and evaluate the use of new technologies. You will consistently tackle abstract issues that span multiple functional areas and drive your team to push for improvements that can scale across other teams, services, and platforms.
Key job responsibilities
Have the ability to learn technical concepts quickly with a strong sense of urgency
Be a creative problem solver, who is passionate about innovation and customer experience.
Have a diverse background in related AWS technologies.
Have strong written and oral communication skills
Developing Support strategies and creating appropriate harnesses as well as pragmatic approaches for quick and effective support
Can deal with ambiguity; work with minimum supervision
- 4+ years of software development, or 4+ years of technical support experience
- Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Experience in Unix
- Experience scripting in modern program languages
- Experience in agile/scrum or related collaborative workflow
- Knowledge of distributed applications/enterprise applications
- Knowledge of UNIX/Linux operating system
- Experience analyzing and troubleshooting RESTful web API calls
