Come join the dream team. We’re rapidly expanding Playbook, a young product that revolutionizes how business processes are designed, built, and executed. Process owners use a drag-and-drop builder to define a Playbook which then runs on ServiceNow's enterprise flow engine. End users then interact with a running Playbook Experience that updates in real time in response to the executing automations. This dramatically reduces the engineering expertise required to automate a multi-step process and create compelling, dynamic user experiences.
