Position Summary
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer III to join our team! You will participate in the design and implementation of our bot and risk management platform that is used to protect apps and APIs from bots and malicious automation. Your work includes, but not limited to, API definition, implementation, deployment, operational management, and debugging.
What You Will Do:
Develop tooling, processes to make sure F5 services are highly available, scalable and highly performant
Design and deliver infrastructure solutions that will help build, deploy and handle the service components of the platform
Remediate security vulnerabilities in our on a regular basis
Manage production environment by monitoring availability and alerts and promptly remediate any issues that arise in production environment
Investigate various open source and proprietary technologies, components, libraries, tools etc. and help build a highly available, highly scalable and easily manageable systems
Partner with development teams to improve services on an ongoing basis
Participate in on-call rotation
What You Will Need:
8+ years of experience as an SRE/Operations Engineer
Solid understanding and hands on experience with Kubernetes
Provable proficiency in Terraform and/or Ansible
Technical confidence and familiarity with DevOps tools
Solid experience with at least one of the cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Deep understanding of Linux. Prior experience as a system administrator is highly desirable
Hands on experience with networking, DNS, security, virtualization, containers
BS/MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
