Job Description:Synechron is seeking a skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer to lead the development and implementation of projects using emerging technologies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SharePoint development, software architecture, and leading technology projects. This role involves mentoring team members, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with the latest technological advancements.
Overall Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of SharePoint projects.
- Mentor and guide team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
- Identify and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Technical Skills (Category-wise):
- Primary Skills:
- Strong expertise in SharePoint development (SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019).
- Proficiency in SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and SharePoint Designer.
- Experience with SharePoint workflows and forms (InfoPath, Nintex).
- Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, React).
- Strong technical knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
- Secondary Skills:
- Familiarity with Office 365, Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate), and Azure.
- Good understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience with emerging technologies such as blockchain, IoT, AI (preferred).
Experience:
- At least 6-8 years of experience in SharePoint development and leading technology projects.
- Proven track record of delivering projects using emerging technologies.
- Experience in mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Manage the development and delivery of SharePoint projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the organization's overall strategy.
- Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve business processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in SharePoint development and emerging technologies (preferred).

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal and team-working skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
