Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceMax.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document requirements.
- Design and configure ServiceMax solutions to meet business needs.
- Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Continuously assess and improve existing processes and systems.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in ServiceMax and field service management.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceMax.
- Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Strong understanding of field service management processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- ServiceMax certification is a plus.
