We are seeking a seasoned Sr. ServiceMax Business Analyst with over 8 years of experience in the field. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in ServiceMax implementations and have a comprehensive understanding of business processes related to field service management.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for ServiceMax.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and document requirements.
  • Design and configure ServiceMax solutions to meet business needs.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.
  • Continuously assess and improve existing processes and systems.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in ServiceMax and field service management.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on ServiceMax.
  • Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Strong understanding of field service management processes.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • ServiceMax certification is a plus.
