The RoleWe are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Sr Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team at the Bengaluru office. In this role, the Senior Analyst will provide support for operating systems on laptops, servers (both on-premises and cloud), as well as other IT hardware and handle the desktop issues. As part of our dynamic team, you will implement best practices and offer hands-on technical support. This role promises to be both challenging and rewarding in a fast-paced and fun environment.Your Impact

• Configure and maintain laptops and servers, apple machine, monitor the servers and VM’s performance, patching, troubleshoot hardware problems, install third-party software, Manage Esxi and vCenter.
• Design, implement and maintain operating system security guidelines as per company guidelines, and a security infrastructure for corporate and customer infrastructures.
• Implement security services for corporate and customer networks as per the company policies.
• The ability to investigate and troubleshoot Service\Incidents ticket issues.
• Manage the organization Assets, audits, and OEM vendors for hardware issue.
• Facilitate the optimum function of the help desk by providing the most efficient customer service to the users and will demonstrate knowledge and understanding of project specific procedures
• Manage, and configure systems across different platforms, ensuring smooth operations and flexibility in the work environment.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 to 8 years of experience in IT system administration
• Ability to work with end users as well as executive level representatives.
• Experience working in Windows, Linux / Unix and Apple products OS environments.
• Detailed understanding of LANs / WANs, internet technology, and network protocols. Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Technology or related technical field.
• Experience in technology organizations.
• Knowledge of laptop, workstation, servers, hyper-converged infrastructure, Esxi VMware.
