As Sr SEO Analyst you are responsible for seamlessly uniting content and development practices to drive search engine rank performance, traffic, engagement, and conversions. You will identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement in the results page of search engines. By generating more leads for the business you'll open up new opportunities for driving growth and profit.


This position is part of the Life Sciences Innovations Group Digital Team and will be based in India.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to:


  • Monitor SEO performance by utilizing SEO tools such as SEMRush, Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Data Studio and recommend website changes to ensure that the website consistently adheres to SEO best practices
  • Track keyword ranking for top branded and non-branded keywords for our site and key competitors . Work with the Content team to prioritize development and publishing of recommended content.
  • Recommend content development, syndication, distribution, and link-building strategies to maximize page ranking, impressions and traffic.
  • Follow search industry trends such as AI recommendations and recommend strategies to stay competitive.
  • Create monthly and quarterly business reviews & other executive-facing presentations that outline performance, insights from testing, and key strategic opportunities

The essential requirements of the job include:


  • B.A. / B.S. in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Keyword Planner, Google Search Console, Google Page Speed Insights, Google Data Studio, and other third-party SEO reporting tools (Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, etc.).
  • 4 years’ experience working in SEO for different industries

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:


  • mid-sized B2B brands in our target industries (technical, industrial, life sciences, manufacturing)
  • ABM and sales/marketing
