Job Description


PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Responsible for securing windows systems, security remediation, operating system and application maintenance, life cycle management, and capacity management of the Windows environment and related dependent technologies.
  • Responsible for the securing and remediating systems both on-premise and its components in the cloud. Identifying security inefficiencies, gaps and issues, and drive the analysis and documentation of technical requirements for enterprise Windows architecture, guiding adoption of and adherence to standard operating procedures.
  • Primary point of contact & escalations for Windows operations.
  • Work with ServiceDesk and Production Support teams for incident escalations
  • Work with Security Operations team for remediation initiatives

Education:


  • BS Degree preferred Experience Required
  • Enterprise experience with on-premise Active Directory and Azure AD, Group Policies, Security Groups, DFS, IIS, Radius DNS and DHCP
  • Identity and Access and Management, as it relates to securing windows systems with Single Sign on and Multi-Factor technologies using OKTA and Azure AD
  • Experience with Infoblox would be a plus
  • Excellent experience in Windows PowerShell \ Python \ VB scripting
  • Excellent understanding of virtualization technology in Vmware and Hyper-V General Requirements
  • ITIL, MCSE, MCITP Security+ Certified
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and technical documentation skills
  • Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills
  • Detail oriented, focus on customer satisfaction and end-user experience • Able to perform analysis and clearly communicate gaps in analysis to business and requirements to development teams
