Job Title: Storage Sales - Regional Manager (RM)

Job Purpose:
The Regional Manager for Storage Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the assigned region. The role requires a deep understanding of storage solutions, including racking systems, warehouse optimization, and material handling, while also leading a sales team to achieve regional targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve regional revenue and profitability targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities in racking systems and storage solutions within the region.
- Build a pipeline of leads, convert opportunities, and close deals effectively.
2. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners.
- Address customer queries, provide technical solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalations and high-value accounts.
3. Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance objectives and monitor the team’s progress.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, provide feedback, and drive motivation.
4. Market Analysis and Reporting:
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts.
- Recommend improvements to sales strategies based on data and insights.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer presentations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in sales, with at least 3-5 years in storage/racking solutions or material handling equipment.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing regional operations.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of storage systems, including racking, shelving, and automation.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.

- Achievement of regional sales targets.
- Growth in market share within the region.
- Customer satisfaction scores (NPS).
- Timely and accurate sales reporting.
