Job Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. QA Automation Engineer with expertise in Pega applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, designing test cases, and implementing test automation frameworks to ensure the quality and performance of our Pega applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Test Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive test strategies and plans that cover all aspects of the Pega application, including functionality, performance, security, and usability.
Test Case Design and Execution: Design and execute detailed test cases and scenarios for Pega applications, incorporating both manual and automated testing to ensure thorough coverage of all application components.
Automation:
Defect Tracking and Reporting:
Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and product managers, to understand requirements, design effective test cases, and provide feedback on application quality.
Performance Testing: Conduct performance and load testing to ensure the application can handle expected traffic and usage patterns without degradation of performance.
Regression Testing: Execute regression testing to ensure that new code changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities.
Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques to enhance the overall quality of Pega applications.
Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation of test cases, test results, and defect reports.

Programming Skills: Strong experience in Java and JavaScript for developing and maintaining automated test frameworks.
Pega Knowledge: Familiarity with Pega applications, including PegaRULES Process Commander (PRPC) and the Pega testing framework.
Performance Testing Tools: Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter).
