Mission : 

·Realize the build of critical , complex machines for Schneider Electric Plants by effective project Management. Identify and manage risks in the Project.

·Manage Budget , Resources , Time lines of the project and look at proactive ways to optimize and improve.

·Animate Cross function interaction – Plants , BU , MDC teams , Suppliers etc to keep the project on time.

·With MDC technical team , support customers with stabilizing and rampup in plants

·Periodic exchanges with key internal customers to get the forecast and prepare ahead.

·Ensure the production safety

oSupport MDC India Head and Technical Team to arrange the safety training and related professional certification application

oEnhance 5S management onsite, be responsible to ensure the production safety, I See I Do.

·Competency management:

oTo manage the project management skill development, to be coordinator to support the innovation and new technology introduction.

oBased on ongoing & potential project needs to analyze and provide the primary professional competency road map.

oContinue to improve the competitiveness (price & LT) through the effective project management and resource coordination.

oIdentify =S= key knowhow and strategy equipment, maintain these key technology patent and core knowhow of =S= internally.

·Project delivery

oRequest and obtain the technical specification and qualification plan from BU IND or Plant User, ensure the KPI and main requirement in these documents are clear & completed & reasonable, make sure the latest document can deliver go to MDC Technical team on time.

oCollaborate with MDC Technical team to provide the technical solution and estimated quotation, 100% sure the solution are optimized and match with SPS and Lean conception, all KPI are correct , reasonable and feasible.

oSetup timely internal & external meeting for each project to follow up the resource, progress, performance, cost of the project and ensure all these things can fully match with project target until the project close. Ensure commitment to Quality , Cost & Delivery.

oWork with purchasing team to get competitive price of the components, develop Outsourcing to balance the HC and MBC cost. Ensure to receive good quality components with shortest Lead Time and optimized price.

oSupport MDC India Head to manage project cost and overall P&L through effective project management & supplier management.

·Team management

oManage the hierarchical cost (resource Vs. workload) and residual in the perimeter.

oManage and ensure the team stable, engage the team members through =S= enterprise culture extension, and leverage the motivation of the team member.

Customer Support

oProactively reach out along with MDC technical team to assess the key pain points of the Internal customer ( Plant, BU , Central function ..) and look at how this could be addressed in the proposal..

oWith support of MDC technical team , ensure all documentation , training , handover provided to the customer team.

Manage the after sales support as agreed in the project scope

Education: Bachelor degree in mechanical / electrical / automation / Mechatronics

Job Related Experience : Overall 8 -10 years professional experience in Industrial Process with min 3-4 years in Machine design / Machine Assembly and 5-6 years in Machine Building project management / Industrial Project management

Business Understanding: Schneider product knowledge, SPS, Lean Manufacturing,

Equipment or Process solution creation, understand Schneider PLC programming, IPC software, related key component selection, to be familiar with Electric testing design for CT, TMD, coiling , MCB , MCCB , ACB, UPS , Energy meter , Drive testing.

Experience in building , managing automatic complex equipments

Identify and manage Project risks in Machine development function.

Manage / Balancebudget to meet the committed Quality , Cost , Delivery

Others : Good English level & Windows environment
