We are looking for a full-time Project Controller who will define project goals, objectives, budgets, and schedules, create project plans and set deadlines, assign tasks and monitor progress, resolve issues and communicate with stakeholders, evaluate project management procedures and adhere to client specifications.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to:
Prepare and update Project Schedules - consisting of engineering, procurement and construction.
Prepare deliverable schedules & Progress 'S' Curves.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and their application in project control.
Track and monitor expenditure on weekly and monthly basis, providing detailed financial reports to stakeholders.
Prepare and update different schedules, critical activity reports, and other relevant project documentation.
Monitor and control to meet the 'Project Management' requirement of schedule adherence through Planning Report, Progress Variance Analysis Report, Critical Path Analysis, etc.
Utilise Primavera (P6) & MS Project software proficiently for schedule management and reporting.
Apply working knowledge of design, procurement and construction/field services work to enhance project planning and execution.
Conduct data analytics using Power BI tools to provide insightful project performance metrics and forecasts.
Develop and maintain risk registers, identifying potential project risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and timelines.
Facilitate regular project status meetings and prepare comprehensive reports for senior management.
Implement and maintain change control processes, ensuring all project changes are properly documented and approved.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of project control methodologies and best practices within the organisation.
Mentor junior team members in project control techniques and software applications.

The successful candidate needs to be conscientious, methodical, and possess excellent interpersonal skills to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
